All booth spaces are sold by size only. Location will be determined by the festival organizer. Once registration closes you will be informed of location with load in information.
Vehicles used in demo should be able to be left in place overnight. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday night. Camping will be allowed in/around the venue. If you intend to camp out of your space in a van you must purchase a minimum 20x20 space.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Download and review the Vendor Packet
- Prepare documents to upload (signed vendor agreement, certificate of insurance liability, tent fire certification)
- Complete registration form, and pay fees (upload documents directly into form)
- Mail donated product asap to 249 Main Ave S, Suite 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045; Attn: Patrick Walker
Registrations will not be considered complete until all documents, payments and product donations are received.
