THE FESTIVAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2020 DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.
All booth spaces are sold by size only. Location will be determined by the festival organizer. Once registration closes you will be informed of location with load in information.
THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT VENDOR CAMPING ONSITE. Vehicles used in demo should be able to be left in place overnight. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday night.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Download and review the Vendor Packet
- Prepare documents to upload (signed vendor agreement, certificate of insurance liability, tent fire certification)
- Complete registration form, and pay fees (upload documents directly into form)
- Mail donated product asap to 438 NE 72nd St. Seattle, WA 98115; Attn: Patrick Walker
Registrations will not be considered complete until all documents, payments and product donations are received.
