Vendor Registration Info

All booth spaces are sold by size only. The festival organizer will determine location - vendors will be informed of specific booth locations before load-in.

All elements of your display must fit within the space purchased.  When selecting your space, please consider your full set-up, including fixtures, vehicles, trailers, storage, and display space. If you need a trailer or other vehicle in the space, you will need to purchase a large enough space to accommodate this. Vehicles or trailers not needed for active display or storage will be parked outside the venue. Only vehicles necessary for active display or storage will be allowed in the venue during festival hours.

Camping will be allowed in/around the venue, be sure to indicate your intention to camp on the registration form so we can reserve a spot for you. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registrations will not be considered complete until all documents, payments and product donations are received.

  1. Download and review the Vendor Packet
  2. Sign the exhibitor contract
  3. Register online here - you'll also be able to upload vendor documents (logo, certificate of insurance liability, tent fire certification) and pay the fees.
  4. Mail donated product ASAP to 249 Main Ave S, Suite 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045; Attn: Patrick Walker.
